We will develop a schedule that emphasizes a clear definition of subcontractor and equipment vendor tasks and is coordinated with the performance monitoring system. Task analysis presents options for correlating work units, telescoping work sequences, and other maneuvers to accelerate delivery. Scheduling is a management function, not a monitoring role.
