All cost estimating is done in-house by our full-time cost estimator. We have, over the last six years, built up a large historical database of unit costs and availabilities. This serves as our "golden rule" to check against all subcontractor proposals. Typically for all our projects we will obtain a minimum of three bids for each line item. These are cross-referenced and checked against our own quantity takeoffs and unit costs to insure accuracy.
